Rally's - Cozumel

Ordered via the app at 230am, knowing they closed at 3am. Arrived at 245am, but our paid-for order has not. Watched as they closed up shop for the night without another word to us. Poor customer service at a chain known for late night dining.

Great food, great service. Cashier was an absolute sweetheart.

We have not been to Rally's in a long time, due to the fact we live in Georgia and the checkers franchise turned us totally off but here in New Orleans it's like a brand new restaurant with friendly people! Rally's is the only chain with a Apple pie product that is worth buying!

I give rallys on broad 5 stars because McDonald's and burger King by the corner of canal and broad wouldn't serve me and my boy food late night in the drive through cause we don't have cars. Rallys da peoples champ fr fr
