Firehouse Subs - Cozumel

We have never ordered here and gotten a correct order. Tonight, they somehow managed to mess up all four of the sandwiches ordered. The topping on the Mac and cheese was stale and soggy. On top of that, the sandwiches weren’t ready at pick up time (ordered from the app). They were made about 10—15 minutes later, although they didn’t seem busy at all upon arrival. They were good when they first opened but lately, disappointing.

I visited this place 2 days prior to today! My sandwich was spot on! Me my husband went back today and upon ordering I asked the gentleman to please make sure my bread was toasted on the OUTSIDE! He stated to me o o yea we toast it. I told him last time my bread was a bit gummy near the middle of the sandwich. When I got home the sandwich was gummy and bread was soggy at the bottom and might I add no brown mustard! I called and he insisted on over talking me so I told him I would return the sa … – show

Very very very fresh and good sandwich my first time eating there and FIREHOUSE SUBS HOT AND FRESH SANDWICHES GO GET YOU SOME.

This place is better than subway hot delicious love the soup each sandwich comes with a pickle

I love Firehouse Subs, but this experience was horrible. The location itself is unusually tiny with 50 people trying to order and eat at once. Employees are running around like their heads are cut off, but are not accomplishing any extra work. The sandwiches are made in a very mediocre way as well. Will not return to this specific location.
