Tony Rome's - COZUMEL

I met Tony in 2002 while vacationing on Cozumel with my daughter. We became great friends & I always stop to see him when I'm there. Great food! I stayed at an all inclusive this trip but couldn't leave Coz without dining at Tony's.

This little place is great and so is tony. We got a little burned out on tacos so we decided to have Italian one night. The spaghetti was great and very fresh. We will see you in 2017 tony!!

Over our many years of going to Cozumel, we have always gone to Tony Rome's for several dinners during our stay. Tony, his family and Carlos, our waiter make you feel like one of the family. There is an outdoor patio area with a covered arbor as you enter. This is where we like to sit. Very relaxing place. There is also a indoor dining area. The restaurant is only open for dinner and closed on Sunday. Located on Avenida 5 sur, about one block off the plaza. Our absolute must haves are the ribs, the spaghetti Bolognese and the chicken parmesan. I just love his homemade tomato sauce! All the food is cooked to order so you may need to allow extra time. While waiting for your dinner, enjoy freshly made pico de gallo, gaucamole and chips. I also enjoy one of his famous margaritas, nicknamed "flamethrowers" .

Can't wait to get back to Coz & have dinner with Tony! Love this place! Great food & Tony is a very entertaining host.

We went there with about 10 people and had a great time. we were their first customers of the day and they couldnt have been nicer. we sat in the courtyard and had some drinks, next time we will get some dinner. tony seemed very nice
