Contribuiți la feedbackTried it out based on great TA reviews and have no idea how this place is rated so well. I feel bad writing something negative because the owner seemed nice The ambiance is different to say the least But the patio is nice (that’s the two stars) To start things off they were obviously not ready to open when we arrived at 7:20pm That was ok.. we weren’t in a hurry We left and came back and were seated after another 15-20 min From there it was downhill The drinks were awful Tried margaritas and a mojito Both were unbalanced and barely palatable Asked for Stella which was on the menu Didn’t have that Asked for dos xx The bartender pulled out one bottle of Medella beer and said that was the only bottle that was actually cold?! Well at least it tasted better than the mixed drinks The food was mediocre at best One app was pretty good Other than that the pizza was bland We are because we were starving The service was horrible We were the only table there! I had to go inside twice Once to ask about another drink The second time to ask for the check Both times out server was standing around staring at the wall so I’m not sure why we weren’t given more attention Sorry guys we will not return And can not recommend at all!
Unfortunately, the gorgeous back patio with giant tree (ancient and sacred to Mayans), mural and outdoor pizza oven, has been severed from the front and closed. The only thing currently open, is the tiny part in the front, and mainly coffee and snacks. That's still charming, and probably the only part many people noticed in the past, but it's a shame lovely peaceful back part is no longer accessible. I prefer not to sit next to a noisy street. I also miss the fresh marmalades (passion fruit, etc). The art gallery in the middle, was closed the afternoon I went there. Of course the new owner should be given a chance. I just thought I should mention the significant change if people are interested in the previous pizza, and back patio.
Excellent food, mezcal, music, atmosphere and people at one place, you are in Cozumel ;
What a little gem on the island. Heard an amazing Argentinian band Friday night, although they don't start til 11, well worth the wait. The pizza was fantastic as was the service.
A truly unique and special place in Cozumel! You can go for coffee and brekkie, creative classes and events in the daytime or for what IMHO is the best night time venue in Cozumel. Laid back ambiance, nice people and great live musicians varying nightly. Don't miss it!
