Da'Mino - Coye-la-Forêt

Had dinner with two French friends. the food was great and the personal has even entertained us with an impromptu cabarett excellent! will surely visit again.

You need to book in the evening and this is a reason! I visit the opposite all 10 weeks and I never miss at least one delicious food! family-run, the service is beautiful.

After a few months the restaurant is now very much up and running. Personal service from the owner family and the anchor in the kitchen is a very experienced chef, that also very informerly mingles with the customers (early dining permitting): it all ads to...a unique Italian family atmosphere! I came 2 evenings and very much enjoyed the home made Raviole aux St Jacques with seafood sauce, and the next evening Raviole as well with delicate cheese filling and real truffle sauce. The Italian wine list is impressive in quality, a very rare occurence in the French countryside. (Advisable to book for evening meals and of course week-ends. Des mon prochain retour a Coye-la-Foret je ne manquerais pas Da Mino!!

Just opened a few days ago!! All the best to Mino and his lovely daughter Ludivine who have opened a genuine italian restaurant in Coye-la-Foret, a small town a few miles from Chantilly, the heart of French flat horse racing. We had a great classic...dish the vitello al limone. It is all in the quality of the ingredients and God knows there are at the top! Extremely friendly atmosphere and nice interior with a small al fresco backyard (good for families with children) Delicious italian wines, list needs more balance. All in alll a place to follow!1
