Fork N Waffle - Cowes

This restaurant was quite unique and cool, unlike anything I'm used to. They use waffles as toast, giving it a sweet bread-like flavor. The staff was very friendly, and the food was served promptly. The grandchildren seemed to really enjoy the experience.

The food at this restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced. However, they are only open for breakfast and lunch, and I experienced the kitchen closing early for lunchtime orders on two separate occasions over the long weekend. It's a shame because the food is really good, but the staff's inconsistency with their opening times is confusing. This is especially frustrating given the competition in Cowes, Phillip Island.

Very sweet mood! super excited to see that they marshmellow co marshmellows on camp. good coffee, but eating was quite average. expect them to wait a little, as it seems that they only order them at certain times.

Waffles looked amazing, but I don’t have a sweet tooth. I ordered Truffle Parmesan Scrambled eggs. I was excited, because for the price surely it’ll be good times. Unfortunately it was incredibly bland. They must have used magical, invisible truffle because I couldn’t taste any. Small serving and it left me feeling very unsatisfied; mostly for the outrageous price for what I’d just eaten. Coffee was great, my friends were happy with their meals (because they got waffles). Maybe stick to the sweet stuff here.

There was about mins wait on the kitchen (we were warned) and the same on coffee. The waffles were ok but a bit disappointing bland flavour tiny bit undercooked though loaded with plenty of toppings. The berries were all frozen versions, rather than fresh.Prices are quite high for both adult and kids, for what you're getting, imho.
