Subway - Cowansville

This Subway location is the worst I've ever been to. It's clear that the boss is not doing their job properly. I feel sorry for the employees who are trying to satisfy customers under these conditions. It's nearly impossible to do so when half the ingredients are missing at the start of their shift and there are only two flavors of chips left on display by 4:45 p.m. I can't imagine what it will be like by 6 p.m. The floor in front of the drink machine is sticky, and the counter is dirty and sticky as well. The owner needs to get their act together if they want to deserve this franchise. This visit will be my last.

Service was incredibly slow. When I got in there was someone before me. The employee was already on the customer's order (3 sandwiches and 1 salad) and I waited for 15 minutes as he directed the other employee to keep doing the dishes in the back. I waited but the 2 other customers that came in after me left because of the waiting time.

It's still a Subway, bad 5 stars just for the little girl who made my two wraps last week. You are super sweet!

We have trouble with their staff keeping up with the service. It might be helpful to increase their hourly rate as a tip.
