Bistro de l'Auberge - Cowansville

Great food and drinks. Very neat decor. Staff and owner very friendly. They have live entertainment also. I would recommend this to rest/bar to family and friends.

We discovered this restaurant by chance as it was connected to our hotel and we couldn't find a table anywhere else for two people, especially with a sick 8-month-old baby.

had high expectations for this dish as it has been recommended to me by a friend, but unfortunately it fell short. The flavor was good, but the texture of the cauliflower was not quite right. However, the service was excellent and the ambiance on the terrace was truly stunning. I would be willing to give this restaurant another try in the future.

There were 8 of us in our group, which included both current and former Montreal residents, as well as children and parents.
