A&w Canada - Cowansville

The service is generally good, though there are some days of the week when the employees can be a bit slow, whether you're dining in or using the drive-thru. They really need to address this issue quickly to avoid falling behind, similar to what has happened with the McDonald's in Cowansville. However, the food remains good, and I haven't had any mistakes with my orders. Overall, it's still a solid choice.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. It took 30 minutes for our food to arrive. I ordered the 5 onion rings for $5, but they included speck that I didn’t ask for. When my burger arrived, it was poorly put together—clearly assembled by the youngest staff member I've ever seen working in a restaurant. The staff members seemed unhelpful and struggled to communicate in English. When I requested a refund, they were uncooperative, and the cook in the back was not wearing a mask or hairnet. I certainly won't be returning.

I really enjoy the root beer, fries, and spicy chicken here. The bathrooms and tables are kept very clean as well.

Fresh food and good service. The restaurant is always clean. Very nice place to come for a quick meal. Also very convenient location for shopping as it's close to all the big box stores.

A&w is always good, forget about staff service it all comes to the same wherever you go!! If you want a burger go get one!
