Ms. Ellie delivered a meal to me at lunchtime. The bag was sealed and labeled. I had to bring the meal home (SEVERAL hours later) because my job does not allow me the leisure to eat such a hearty meal. At dinnertime, I opened the bag, and the smell was out of this world-it smelled like a momma's kitchen. Ellie was amazing. She is high energy and enthusiastic. She took my vision and turned it into a magical wedding. Every single detail exceeded my expectations. She was organized and efficient. Absolutely amazing. Gave me a time frame, updated me about an hour before, then again when they were in the way. Got the Jambalaya, pulled pork, Mac cheese, and a salad. Everything was delicious. Very professional and extremely nice. Will definitely be calling again.
