Dee Felice Cafe - Covington

Badly personalized, no drink/winning menu, untrained server, from several elements. no Friday night special.

It was strange that the workers who sat and brought us drinks wore cats. it looks very casual for the price. we also asked for a wee menu and it seemed just one that was printed. the server took it from someone else and was immediately given to someone else after us. we said they were from most alcohol because the delivery for the week had not happened, so that what we ordered was not available. eating was very good. the live music was good, but so loud we couldn't talk. the ambiente doesn't fit the parlors. we will not return.

Our server was amazing that he took care of a lot, but he was always up there! he was thrilled!

Server was great, but Management mis-managed a private party, resulting in pretty slow kitchen service. But the music and vibe are so wonderful at Dee Felice, that we enjoyed every minute of our evening there. And, as always, the food was fantastic!

The food was good, the service not so much. I understand everyone is short staffed at the moment, but this was more than short staffed. This caliber of restaurant should have a higher caliber of servers.
