Chick-fil-a - Covington

They have the friendliest staff and fast service. Even days when they were very busy they got my order right and found me a place to sit! These folks raise the bar for 'fast food '.

Today I-12 was shut down at exit 59, due to the icy roads. The state police had all of the trucks get off the shoulder of the highway and park at the local shopping center. While waiting, I had a knock at my door. Chick-fil-A employees were giving all of the truckers free food. Chocked me up a bit, to see that people actually cared. I heard about things like this happening. But, never expected it. Thanks Chick-fil-A. You truly represent southern hospitality!

The staff is awesome and caring. Last year I bought my child lunch to bring to her school. I remember being in such a hurry hoping I would not miss her lunch time. Made it right on time. When I noticed they forgot to put in the fries, I was aggravated bc then I was worried about her having enough to eat until she returned home. I called and spoke with manager on duty.(was guy, can't remember his name) but without hesitation he asked' where are u? We will be right there. And they were. She had time to finish her lunch and other moms know theres not alot of time to eat. Thank you Chick Fil A and the manager who's name slipped my mind.
