Applebee's Grill - Covington

Tasha was great!! They messed up my order. There wasn't an apology or anything. Lowe had to wait. I ordered the 4 cheese but was rung up for the 3 cheese. So.....I had to wait. It didn't look like the picture

My boyfriend and I walked in to the relatively empty restaurant today 3/17/24 to celebrate our 2 year anniversary, took several moments to be seated, and then waited 25 minutes without even being spoken to again, asked a drink order, 100% ignored. There were several staff members who walked past our table during that time, and did not interact. The most disappointing experience I have ever had at a food establishment in my short 21 years. There were several tables who were seated after us and were served with no issue, we were not rude to any staff, nor were we provocatively dressed, there is no reason nor excuse for what happened. Do better. Wish I could leave a 0 star review.

Slow service, couldn’t make an old fashioned drink, waited for a long time to get napkins, silverware, ... had to ask for everything... never got our drinks... got up and left... we won’t go back! ?

I ordered chicken alfredo and received chicken alfredo with what looked like pico de gallo and lettuce tossed in some sort of mystery sauce that was orange and bubbly. The description of the alfredo on the menu definitely did not match what came out of the kitchen. The service was also terrible. It took forever to get our food and the food we finally got was scary.

It was ok....could have been better....food definitely wasn't like it used to be.. probably be my last time eating at apple
