American Deli - Covington

The fries were undercooked. I returned the food, but the cashier took it personally. They don't offer refunds because they claim to show you the food first, but no one showed it to me either time I visited. Both experiences were disappointing. Food rating: 2/5.

Our experience at this American deli was the worst we've had. When I called to place my order, the girl on the phone repeatedly asked if I was finished after each item I ordered. After I confirmed my order, she just hung up without providing a total. This was our third attempt to eat here, and the service has been terrible every time. Not once did they get our order completely right. We won’t be returning and will be choosing a different wing restaurant from now on.

Giving out old food, unprofessional, hung up when asked for a manager, stated manager was there, then stated no manager was there. Do not waste your time or your money! Look at ALL the 1 star reviews!! DoorDash needs to remove them immediately and they need to get a health inspector there ASAP!! How do you order extra crispy wings and they are ready right after! Arrived soft and fatty! Had to order at Mama Wings!

I ordered online the boneless wings and a chicken finger combo. Both meats were overcooked and hard. There was more batter than meat on them both. Some of The wings were burnt.Shame on the cook who could see that was not acceptable yet they sold it anyway! American Deli menu is too expensive to offer mediocre food! Just another lesson for me to check my food before leaving the store!

I ordered honey garlic wings, but instead received garlic pepper wings, which were really unpleasant. I called the restaurant on July 26 at 6:38 PM to ask why I was given the wrong flavor. The employee I spoke to didn't have an explanation and told me I would need to discuss it with the cook. I was taken aback and asked her if she worked there, and she said yes, but there was nothing she could do since it wasn't her food. Her response was quite rude and unprofessional. The service was disappointing, and if I were the manager, I would consider letting her go.
