O Lago - Covilhã

The park is a beautiful place to spend an afternoon with your family, and the restaurant is well placed in the middle of the park, next to a public swimming pool with artificial waves. This could not be better. Unfortunately, the food is very average, neither the meat nor the Basque dishes were worth mentioning.

Winter meal and a rather hungry family; The staff was very friendly and left us in a nice table with heating. The food is great and I expected some remains, but... nothing, all eat like crazy

Great place to go in Covilhã! Great food, great views, great staff. Can't miss it! The location is amazing and the staff couldn't be more friendly.

Good location on the top of the lake, with a nice view over the ducks and swans swimming away. The food is ok, the special of the day offers a salad buffet. The staff was nice and ready to help.

Most places in the are close on Sunday, so we went there because the restaurant we were looking for was closed. If you want to go on Sunday is better to make a reservation. The place was almost full, the building is in a very...pleasant place, unfortunately the foot isn't great. I ordered Bacalhau à Brás and it wasn't anything special. The cheese and cold meets board was very nice but way too expensive for the amount you get. The tables are small so you as the food arrives it gets a bit too crowded.
