Service quality is at an all time low Long waits food mix ups Over charged Wrong payments taken twice for same bill Most unprofessional its has ever Been used to be great if not the best spot in Coventry Even during lockdown they managed to keep the quality on point Now however im afraid even that has started to slip Staff sat around on phones Talking about relationships they had ect i could go into details but the details was quite graphic Food is not what it once was and is my biggest bug bare everything else i can live with But once the food is affected Time to call it a day And no it was not one bad previous experience Shame as i have tried to support this place despite this but enough is enough either close the doors Or get you head out your behind As this is shocking as is currently Its empty and looks rough All the tvs gone and now some old cheap things in place decor is well lets just say dated Toliets stink Evidence of drug use both indoor toilets and out door smoking area

We ordered food, but the driver didn't make an effort to find us and marked it as delivered without contacting us. They claimed the road was closed, but there were no closures or issues. We received a refund from Just Eat, but we wasted 2 hours waiting and still didn't get to eat. This was an absolutely ridiculous and terrible service experience.
