Pumpkin Cafe Shop - Coventry

I was served my Alexandra who always gives excellent service with a smile every morning. I have seen her be nice to awful and entitled customers and put up with rude people daily, as I buy a coffee here most mornings before work. Alexandra is one of the best Breistas I've been served by in any coffee shop.

The coffee tasted nothing like coffee and cost £3.50. It was absolutely disgusting and only lukewarm. The only taste I could detect was the sugar I added.

Met a lovey lady called Claire who works at the pumpkin platform , while waiting for Birmingham train , so polite, and helpful , she makes a great cup of coffee .

Coventry Station is ghastly. That's not Pumpkin's responsibility but theirs is a dismal cafe with no automatic door difficult to get in or out of unless you are able bodied and travelling with little luggage. If you do make it inside, you'll find dirty tables and over priced coffee. Remember to ask for a receipt and to check price and your change.

I had 40 minutes to spare before my train arrived, so I decided to grab breakfast while I waited for a long day out. The waitress who served me was friendly, but unfortunately the breakfast roll, which was heated up in the microwave, and the coffee were not good. It was a terrible experience, especially considering the high price of over £5. The cashier was helpful and offered to add more milk to the coffee, but it couldn't save the overall disappointing meal.
