Mexican Spice - Coventry

Takeaway's worst experience I've ever had. really rude on the phone because we were not classified as living in coventry, although we paid for the delivery fee and worth over £30 in food. the food was lukewarm and rushed so went directly into the...bin bit strange considering that we ordered early Sunday afternoon afternoon afternoon and it took two hours to come, we arranged and they said yes, we were running late, so why did they not stop us to tell us? When the driver finally arrived, he was angry and said the route was too long. customer service worst would never recommend to anyone.

We love Mexican flavor! the manager is very courteous and friendly. he appreciated that I liked my eating on the spicy side and had made the food after my taste! we have never met such a friendly manager and the restaurant began to feel like tradition! unfortunately we have moved away now, but we will be sure to visit one next time we will close!

Absolutely the worst place ever eaten. after an hour the food came, portion size was minut. literal a spoon of rice. eating was ice cold, the bark was full of fat, not meat. asked to complain, said he would give us the next time free to eat. since the place was closed soon, ordered 20 pounds of free food, not that we even wanted to eat, just for it's sake, as it was free. they'd think they'd send better food next time. this time the half of the food, bark meat and lamb were small in portions for a child, and try to calculate them extra, even though we had to eat for free. there is nothing mexican about this place, tastes like I just in the cow, no seasonal nothing. the most Mexican on this place was the pictures on the menu. Never waste your time in this dive.

Had a take out from here Saturday night chose 3 different option all dreadfull. I don't think the chef can cook. No spice whatsoever even though we chose the red sauce option. The coleslaw was the worst I have ever seen never mind eaten !...Ball hill is crying out for a Mexican restaurant but for gods sake learn to cook.

An awful place! Manager/waiter just sat there reading his paper on the table next to ours, the whole time we were there. The worst tea and coffee we've ever had, more like watered down dish water. We had churros, which tasted as if they had...been cooked hours before and just reheated in the microwave, they were hard, oily and had this almost vinegary tasting chocolate sauce on top. We live near by! And since they've been open, they are empty literally ever day and night and for obvious reasons I think. I wish I could say some positives about the place, but I genuinely can't think of one!
