Braza Brazilian Bbq - Coventry

Excellent family business with taste and hospitality. I moved to Rhode Island last year and this is one of my favorite family houses to eat. Even if my family comes to town to visit me, I'll bring her here. When we enter the restaurant, we are always greeted by the owner who shows us what she has in the buffet today (no more self-service). The man shows us what he cooked today. We get the food from the buffet of the woman first, then come back to the man to order everything we want from him. All prices go by weight. As we eat, it'll be expensive... But I'd rather fill in deliciius food here and give my money to a little business and a wonderful family. The owners are wonderful and New England locals. She'll definitely talk to you and she'll talk, but that makes the place so special. Once you weigh your food, you can have a drink and a dessert (or wait)... You don't have to pay until you've finished eating and desserts too. You can also go your food at any time. From rice, to beans, to the Stroganoffs, to the curtains and baked pineapples, to the glued free cheese rolls, to the sausages, to the chicken wings, to the ribs and other meat, and to the delicious desserts chocolate truffle, tiramisu, passion fruit pudding. ... You can't go wrong. The food here is pretty great. Sometimes, especially with what the world has experienced during COVID, we are now so lazy and unmotivated. Sometimes it is not even the food that brings us back, it is that we are treated here like friends and family and that is important.

The amount of work they insert to make you happy is beyond words. The food and everything is great!

Absolutely love it here! I feel honest as if I go to the family and always treated with love, attention and above all with amazing quality food! Me my bf moved back from CT to RI and were really looking for real Brazilian food and we found it! This place is great. The food is miles better than all other restaurants in the area and half the price. Seriously, there are no really good restaurants in the monastery, this place is the exception. I didn't have this quality and delicious in a long time in any decor. If I did, I probably paid four times that much. The service is also absolutely perfect. It is a small family house and they are proud of their kitchen. I knew I was there regularly.

We went to visit my brother in Coventry and he took us here for lunch. This was weeks ago and I’m still thinking about Braza. Very delicious food and the owners were very kind. Plenty of Gluten Free options! Definitely a place I recommend if you enjoy Brazilian food or want to try the cuisine for the first time!
