Boston Pizza - Courtenay

The service at this restaurant is excellent. The Wednesday special pizza was delicious, and I really enjoyed the BBQ chicken wings as well. I will definitely be returning.

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant on Tuesday, March 22nd for a late lunch around 3PM. It was our first time in 2 years taking our toddler out in public to eat as a family. The server, whose name we unfortunately did not get, was absolutely lovely. She was very attentive to our toddler's antics and went out of her way to accommodate us. Her kindness truly made the experience enjoyable. The service was top-notch and the food was hot and tasty. We highly recommend this location!

I dined at Boston Pizza last night with my brother and his friend. As someone who has Celiac Disease, eating out can be a risky experience for me. However, I was only in town for a short time and wanted to treat them to dinner and a movie. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the staff and management handled my dietary restrictions. Our waitress was knowledgeable about gluten-free options on the menu and the manager even personally came out to explain why my food was taking longer due to cross-contamination. They remade my meal and it was delicious. I want to express my gratitude to the waitress, kitchen staff, and management for going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. It's not often that I have such a positive experience dining out with Celiac Disease. Thank you for making this one of the best restaurant experiences I've had since my diagnosis.

Great staff very kind and good at their jobs, most delicious burger in the city and their pizza bread is to die for and their gravy !!

We just had a fantastic evening with our 4 kids. Our server (Manno) was very quick and efficient with all of our needs. Food was out quickly and tasted great! All very generous portions. Very friendly staff coming in and out. Very impressed with the service this evening. Thanks very much!
