Blue Spruce Ice Cream - Courtenay

I had the best vegan egg I've ever tasted. I struggle with various nutritional issues, which makes dining out challenging. However, I was thrilled to have so many options here. The oldest flower coconut was incredible; the combination of roasted coconut with the subtly sweet flavor of the oldest flower syrup was simply delightful.

After a few years, I finally had the chance to try her ice cream, and I was not disappointed! They offer generous portions, and the roasted coconut flavor was delicious. It's all set in a charming little shop with comfortable outdoor seating.
