Where is happiness? First visit to Catleya, two hours of fun. A fair kitchen, a new menu and mouth we are in autumn, a small cream of mushrooms in the porto and roasted almonds...succulent. The black cod caramelized and its small salad, its subtle flavors. Risotto de St Jacques and topinambours soft and suave. Characteristics of the crust of hazelnut, crust and pralinea, smooth texture of the pear without excess of sucrosity... all in the extent. There's happiness.

Once again the Catleya struck us the two times we came in August. Small team (they are two! , small room and short card, but refinement without chichis and acute sense of tastes and textures. As a result the service is reasonably fast with a huge impression of freshness at the arrival of the plate, just erect. It's really the corner table, from Saint-Luc to Arromanches...
