Vanilla Mamas - County Durham

This is probably the best little hidden gem we have discovered. They offer a wonderful variety of freshly prepared dishes. We tried their wraps and sandwiches and they were all amazing. The restaurant is charming and even has a secret outdoor seating area in the back, complete with comfy cushions. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, with many special touches that impressed us. We will definitely be making this a regular spot in the future, it's worth the drive out of Durham center to experience it.

This coffee shop has a charming atmosphere and offers tasty English food. There are plenty of menu options, including vegetarian dishes. I particularly enjoy the homemade sausages.

The English breakfasts at this charming cafe are absolutely delicious! The cafe has a cozy decor and all of the food is made fresh and homemade. In addition to breakfast, they also offer a lunch menu with fantastic sandwiches, wraps, quiche, and soup.

Lovely friendly cafe with delicious homemade food. All the food looks delicious but I never get any further than the sausage butty as it is THE best. Sweet treats are extremely good too. Always a friendly face from the welcoming staff. Easy parking right outside the door.

Brilliant little cafe, parking right outside and they do the best breakfast around. Well worth a visit.
