I am extremely displeased with the service at this restaurant. I have been turned away multiple times due to a new rule that only allows 2 teenagers in at once. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years, spending close to £1000, and to be treated so poorly is unacceptable. The food is tasteless and resembles raw plastic. I urge you to save your money and dine elsewhere. The atmosphere of the restaurant is bland, with limited seating and unimpressive decor. The staff are rude, with a new employee consistently forgetting my order. Today, I waited 30 minutes for my chips while the cashier was outside smoking. Save yourself the trouble, the food is terrible. I would rather eat my own excrement than return to this establishment.

What's good about this place? Absolutely nothing. The prices are extremely high and the food tastes terrible. The chips are hard and soggy, the building is poorly maintained, and the floors are uneven. The restaurant is in desperate need of a makeover. On top of that, it is often filled with rowdy individuals, one of whom even threatened me with an egg. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I understand that this may not be the restaurant's fault, but they need to address these issues. The prices are too high for the poor quality of food and the restaurant's unsightly condition. The vinegar even had a strange slimy substance in it, which was revolting. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

I ordered 2 chicken king prawn chow mein dishes for myself and my partner, and I have to say that it was extremely disappointing. It was essentially just a container of egg noodles with only 6 pieces of chicken and one king prawn. The chow mein lacked flavor, the chicken was slimy, and there were hardly any onions or bean sprouts. I definitely will not be ordering from this restaurant again. For £17, I expected better value for my money and certainly more than one king prawn.

We ordered the set meal, which was hot and very tasty (if a little heavy on the Sezhuan pepper which made one dish too hot for our taste). However, we selected our food using the website, and phoned the order through, and we were shocked when we collected to find the meal was £4 more than advertised! That is a serious price hike! The website should be updated. So we suggest you check the price when ordering!

If I could give this zero I would. Absolutely tasteless I find it hard to believe someone could make something a bad as this. Utter garbage save your money and go elsewhere.
