Domino's Newton Aycliffe

Thought I would have a late night pizza and dominos got my order wrong, they were not interested in solving the issue. So think I will use one of the many other pizza shops in future, bye Dominos you have lost another customer.

Rude staff, bad food. If you're wanting a takeaway, support somewhere local. Dominos is a complete sh**show.

Awful experience with these lot. Ordered food and was waiting around 35 minutes for collection. Tried to flag the member of staff at the tills attention to see where my food was only to be ignored. Finally got my food after a further 10 minutes requested a chat with the manager to enquire why a medium pizza took a 45 minute wait. The response i got was “she’s too busy to speak to you”. Called into the store the following day and spoke to a lady named Sammy. After explaining to her my experience, she simply said “well we get busy sometimes, its not frozen asda pizzas ya know”! I think i’d rather the frozen asda pizza, at least it doesn’t come with attitude almost an hour wait!

Great Pizza, Margarita with Mushroom and good base. Chunky fries. Friendly, helpful staff. will definitely go again.

The manager Adam (assistant manager I think his shirt label said, bloke in a black shirt) was brilliant, found us the best price. We only wanted a medium hawaiian which used to set us back about 14 quid (many moons) ish but told us a big ham and pineapple, apparently you guys want to keep the mushys so it's not Hawaiian now, and a bottle of lilt for less cash was mint, plus took him a while to explain an old pizza was a gonner. Bring back the sizzler guys, was the best pizza going.
