Cheers Takeaway - County Durham

This restaurant consistently gets simple orders wrong. The customer service from the delivery driver and staff at the takeaway was terrible. I would not recommend this place, as life is too short to deal with the hassle of ordering from here.

I attempted to place an order at this restaurant online, which stated that it was open until 11:15. However, when I tried to order on the app at 10:30, there was no response. I called the restaurant at 10:40 and was informed that they were already closed, despite their stated closing time of 11:30.

I always receive great service and the food is really good. I would definitively recommend using Cheers as your local takeaway.

I ordered a mushroom Parmo and a serving of kebab meat. It cost £9.50, which was reasonable. My wife and I shared the meal and found it to be very enjoyable, with more than enough food for both of us. It was definitely better than the last one I had from Pizza Castle in Sedgefield. The only suggestion I have is that the cooking staff should wear hats, especially the girl with long hair, as it could easily end up in the food.

Started off with poor customer service and the takeaway to follow was even worse. No idea what I was supposed to be eating but it most certainly didn't look or taste like chicken! Would we use again, not a chance opt for one of the other takeaways in the village!
