Tavern On La Grange Countryside

I was in town visiting from Atl and a friend of mine was performing with her band here. I paid $20 to see her (with no problem). However, the overpriced food was a bit off-putting and so were all the rules listed on the menu. I only had French fries but I almost wasn't able to have just that because of more rules. I sat at the bar and also had a 2 beers and 1 whiskey neat. My total was close to $60. Although I don't plan on returning, the saving grace was the exceptional service I received from the bartender Serena.

My 3rd time experience here at the Tavern. Drinks are good and the food is also amazing and they give you a huge serving. I had the Carlos Santana and the jerk chicken pasta. There were some technical with some of our orders but it was taken care of. But I really want leave a review because when I got there my sister in law had made reservation of 15 that the greeter could not find. Tim stepped in and did some research once we provided proof of a text message conversation with someone that works there because she was not able to do the reservation online. For a minute I got nervous but Tim came to the rescue. We appreciate good service like that!!! Thank You....

Atmosphere was AMAZING very layed back ,the R B band was very good !! Parking is next door , or you can park on the street .. now, the food was a lil overpriced, small portions , my aunt had the jerk rice , egg roll, and 3 wing dings $38 .. the egg roll was soo GOOD,

The music was enjoyable, the food was delicious with generous portions, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The server was very helpful in making our birthday celebration special. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

On Saturday night 12/16, the restaurant was out of bread and the waiter did not seemed to be concerned about the customer's issue.
