Irie Jerk Hut #3 - Country Club Hills

Rucksack and sauce I had! the soße is very authentic and in contrast to the busy jerk sauce serve many of the restaurants!

This was my first time trying this restaurant. My food was so good. The amount of food for the price was exceptional. The food was flavorful and tasty, but that cabbage and macaroni was to die for. I will be back real soon to try those rib tips.

The jerk sauce is the best jerk sauce on the Southside. We tried the curry chicken and the jerk wings. It was ok. The cabbage does not have much flavor. The rice and beans have a sweet taste. We are not a fan of the sides at all.

The first time I've ever given anyone 5 stars and I didn't think that it was possible. This is so empowering and is on the wall of Irie Jerk at 183rd Cicero (gas station commercial strip). The owner was working the register Thursday. She had a regular patron in the store at the time and he was devastated behind, what I believe to be, a death of a loved one. He had a Buckingham Fountain of tears falling from his eyes and was borderline hysterical. The walk in traffic was steady and she was working it but she kept serving him water and wouldn't let him leave the store in his state of mind but she never missed a beat in her delivery of service. She noticed me reading this board on her wall and when she gave me my order she told me to take it. The jerk chicken (white), plantains, cabbage, Mac n cheese and jerk sauce were good too. Sorry that I don't have food pics but this was all about the experience and service!

Food always Good we don't mind drives miles to pick it up. Keep the Good Vibes Going.
