The fresh juice and the hot food bar is amazing! The shop itself is usually well equipped, clean and the staff are always very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about products and needs. Even with vague explanations they always know exactly what I need. Excellent selection of herbs, vitamins and holistic needs for the entire lifetime. There is a scenic selection of fresh organic products that always invite and a small selection of frozen meat and food. Here are also small meat alternatives.

A great place to get supplements and help with questions or concerns you can have about certain herbs and products. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable asking questions here.

I have always come here since it was a healthy heritage and while I may miss it, I am very grateful that Sunrise could have acquired it when they did. This store is always peaceful and you will find such good quality items that tend to not be in your other grocery stores. I know we love getting things in one place, but I never do another stop to get what I want from this place. If you ever need help to locate a product or have questions, never hesitate to help you and that says a lot.

This is the best place to go for a healthy smoothie. I'm going here once a month you have fresh fruits.
