Dock's - Country Club Hills

I've visited this Dock's several times, and I'm not sure why it keeps letting me down. The young man handling my order made a mistake, and it seemed linked to some issues he was having with the digital register from the previous customer. I received cold fries and a warm soda with no ice. The fish sandwich I ordered looked more like a junior version than a regular size. I'm reluctant to drive back to the city just to see if the service has improved or remains the same.

Wow, they really don't seem to have any staff. The service is incredibly slow and unprofessional. I even saw the cook handling the fish with his bare hands before putting it into the fryer. This is coming from a Grubhub driver—I'd recommend avoiding this place.

I have always enjoyed the food at Docks, and I still do. I work up the street at the courthouse, and this was my third visit. However, I had a disappointing experience with one of the staff. There was a woman with her hair tightly rolled up who seemed to be trying to show off in front of a guy she was chatting with. When I asked for my banana pudding, she questioned whether I had paid for it. I just waited while she checked the receipt, and it turned out that I had indeed paid for the pudding. Her attitude was really off-putting. Despite this incident, I still like the food at Docks. I've advised my coworkers to avoid her due to her poor customer service, as it can be a turn-off for anyone.

They didn't have half of the food and the food I did get wasn't fresh. Never will order from there again.

Bad attitude, and the person preparing the food had no hair net and no gloves. I just got my money back cause I ain't changing it. I saw him fixing someone's sandwich and wipe his hands on his pants. I'm like I now he keeps moving out of my sight and I don't trust ut cause he had an attitude after I said something. The older dude act like he was mad when I asked for my money back. Not to mention he always has a bad attitude. Smdh
