Chicago's Chicken Coop 87th Street

Some of the worst customer service you can find, I purchased the lunch specials and couldn't eat it due to the amount of salt the lady put on it, I tried drowning it with mild sauce but it was still way too much salt. This isn't the first time thatI've had over seasoned food from the Country Club Hills location or bad service. Please get some workers that knows what goodcustomer service is and that knows how to talk to people

The service was friendly. I ordered the small fillet and it was freshly made to order. Even after driving a distance the food was warm and tasty. Will definitely stop by again if I am on that side of town.

I see why they hiring all the time the customer service TERRIBLE! Went in on today 09/18/22 1145am no one greeted or ask may I help you!! We stood there 5 min and the girl kept doing what she was doing! We politely walked out and went to sharks!!

Chicken was dry with an after taste. Not at all what I expected. Cashier was rude and had an attitude. Food wasn't good enough for the type of customer service that was displayed. I'll just drive to the city to Harold's next time I want chicken becausethis place was not good at all.
