Taco Bell - Council Bluffs

I usually don't have high expectations, but this was by far one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. This was my second visit in a row where they were out of nearly everything on the menu. They got my order wrong once again, and the cashier even laughed about how poorly they were managing things, making it clear I had to check my order before leaving. They couldn't provide all the items in my combo and refused to make any accommodations. From the quality of the food to the level of customer service, I couldn't rate it any lower. I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant. It was absolutely terrible.

A little over a month ago, the restaurant confirmed that their hours were extended until 3 PM. I arrived at 1:55 PM and waited in the drive-thru behind four other vehicles, hoping to place my order. Despite my attempts to communicate with someone over the intercom, I was completely ignored. I even drove up to the drive-thru window, which still displayed that they were open. While I respect every business's right to set their own hours, it is frustrating when they advertise being open until a certain time, only to close early without informing customers. It would have been courteous if one of the employees had reached out to let us know they had closed for a specific reason.

Around 7:45, I went through the drive-thru to place my order, but there was absolutely no one around. I noticed that no one was working inside or outside, and then a guy told me, “They will have to come to order.” Why? I understand it was a busy time, but there was no one else there, just me. I would have thought it would be simple for him to take my order instead of making it more complicated. It's understandable that parents wouldn’t want to drag their child out of the car just for Taco Bell, right?

Through the trip thru, had to order 3 people and was not fast enough for antonio apparently. he was very rude when I asked a question about her crates. When I told him I couldn't hear him, he yelled at me. When I went into the window, I asked him if he had a bad day, and he's got back to snuck with me. keep that window on me while I spoke and laughed and then gave me my food and refused to help me further. the half of our order was wrong and we missed our pop, so I wanted to go to the door to correct it and the door was locked and nobody would answer. I tried to call her three times on the phone, never got a answer. When I first called the company, I was hanged, so I called again and spoke to someone else and was offered good tickets for three free items instead of my money back. not sure how well this goes, it will probably be a limit that is not equal to what I have ordered. everything in all was not very satisfied with the service at all! we will never return to this taco bell, as discouraging as people treat today!

Not sure whats happening to the place but all the tbs in town are dropping in food and service quality, you never know what your going to get. Ordered tonight, prices on the board are wrong in favor of the restaurant and they only gave us half our order. Not going back again
