Scooter's Coffee - Council Bluffs

I absolutely LOVE this location! Even though there's one closer to me, I make an extra effort to visit the ladies at 16th. The general manager is AMAZING. They are always so kind and genuinely ask how my day is going. I’ve never encountered a rude or unhappy employee here. You all are doing an incredible job—keep up the great work! Thank you once again for this morning!

I've been visiting this location since I moved to Council Bluffs, and I generally think they're great, which is why I'm giving them a 3-star rating. However, my recent experience was quite disappointing. My whipped cream for the coffee was squished under flat lids, and I didn't receive any explanation or apology for it. Considering the price of the coffees, I would have expected at least an apology. Additionally, when I opened my waffle sandwich, everything was scattered in the bag. This visit was, unfortunately, the worst I've had here.

This is a drive-thru only scooters however that doesn't take away from the atmosphere. I love the Snickers smoothies or otherwise known as the turtle smoothies and I've had their muffins and cookies and they're all delicious. Definitely a must go to.

I really love this place! The staff is incredibly friendly and even changed my order to help me save some money. From now on, I'm definitely sticking with the Mounds blender!

The staff at this location is top notch; they are friendly, efficient, and supply my Scooters fix! My dog Mika loves their Pup Cups too
