We arrived at the drive-thru and encountered a girl with long dark hair who simply would not respond to us. When we got to the window, we found the staff sipping on their drinks while ignoring us completely. The new employees are terrible! There was zero customer service, and it's frustrating to feel like our business is being turned away. Additionally, the outdoor lights were off. Looks like we'll be going to Scooters instead. Food: 1/5.

I have placed large orders here for work several times, and they are always accurate and delivered on time.

Staff is super friendly! We advised them that they’re speaker was super low! Hard to hear but they were super helpful and advised us that it is something corporate is working on! Sounds like corporate needs a little push tho! It makes is frustrating for the customer and I feel like creates more unhappy customers just for the lack of being able to hear them especially with traffic.. please help get them a new speaker system so they can keep being amazing and we can hear them through the speaker.

I'm sure the coffee is fine, but the cold tea is terrible. There's a coffee aftertaste to it and I wouldn't trust getting it again.
