Ninjaa Japan - Council Bluffs

I had the chicken and teriyaki steak, and it was delicious.

Can someone please explain to me what I received from this restaurant? The food delivered to me was completely frozen inside and tasted terrible, nothing like what was shown in their photos on Grubhub. This is not hibachi at all, despite resembling the pictures on the menu.

I ordered delivery last night and I was very disappointed considering the price we paid. The food was bland, the sauce on the teriyaki dishes was extremely diluted, and the steak was undercooked when we requested medium. The dishes were supposed to come with vegetables and fried rice, but what we received did not meet our expectations at all. I recommend spending your money at a real Japanese steakhouse instead of wasting your time and effort here.

I absolutely adore Sarku Japan – it's my guilty pleasure. The restaurant offers delicious chicken, fresh vegetables, and mouth-watering teriyaki sauce. Currently, they are only offering take out services, but it's definitely worth the drive.

This was pretty good we had it delivered of course. So I have never been inside the restaurant. But for take out food it was good. Our order was made just how was wanted it. And I love crab Rangoon on the side. I will order again I love fried rice and especially with chicken and shrimp it's always a win win for me.
