The staff was very friendly and created space for us to sit and eat. eating was great, drinks were cheap, and the people were friendly. great place for people to stop and eat on a bike tour. the breakfast here is also top notch. easily accessible from trails or ave g. love third base!

Are heavy when I am so full. the hangover phone was excellent. transmitted eiers are a question that can throw many divisible brunches off. third basic is not its average dipping brunch. I couldn't ask for a better New Year's room.
