Auberge Centre Poitou - Coulombiers

What a find!!! Service service service, food food food! Absolutely perfect in all parts. Family run restaurant /hotel with sons in kitchen who are Michelin trained what more can I say. Look at pictures.

We stayed here en route for a holiday further south and were surprised and pleased by the excellent food on the set menu everything was delicious, with some unusual dishes and all beautifully presented. The chef is very talented. It was not cheap, but made for a very enjoyable evening. The staff at the auberge very very helpful. The room was fine, though much more basic than the food. We would happily return.
