Valdez Bakery Pizzas - Cotulla

Came in for the pizza but left with some Mexican bread. Highly recommend the pan mexicano especially the Conchas. As for the pizza not the greatest but it does it job.

There's no where to park other then in the street texting your vehicle directly into traffic road , I understand the layout and location of this , that being said I think it would be safe for to buisness to put some cones outside to signal drivers on the road people will be coming and going picking up their orders

Their sweets are to die for. Hitting the spot every time. Especially with their location being right on main Street its like a walk in a park kind of stop. In and outs. As for their pizza ahh Not much of a fan for their pizza with out crust. Than again thats just my opinion. A little too thin. Their employees staff isn 't the most welcoming greetings faces you be expected to see when coming in. They have a lot of growning to do as a team. Especially when handling multiple customers at one time. Inside remember i understand making times is very important but time is patience and time doesnt wait on no one. It keeps going rather we are on it or not. Don 't jump around on your customers, playing duck duck goose. Remember theirs no I in team. Other than those few minor flaws. The place is super clean inside and out. Theirs no over Long waiting periods for your order. And its a family own business Parking: Right on Main Street, can 't miss it. Remember to slow down theirs no rush.

Do not sleep on this middle of nowhere pizza spot. Passing through town on businanf decided to stop by to get some food. While originally on the hunt for chicken wings, i decided to get a pizza as well. This is one of the few times that the pizza exceeded my expectations as you could taste the freshness of the dough and the joy of homemade pizza. But what truly earned them my Certified Mad Good rating is the fact they they are also a bakery for desserts. Not some off-putting cheesecake, no a full fledge bakery with multiple items as fluffy and light as the chicken wings were crispy. You will not be disappointed with a visit.
