Redding Taqueria - Cottonwood

Redding Taqueria is not closed and has been in cottonwood for a few weeks now. The operators are absolutely terrific. Very kind and generous to their guests. My family had dinner there on Thursday afternoon and as we enjoyed our food in the parking lot the owner brought us the newest menu item, fish tacos, free of charge. She was so kind and just wanted us to taste how great her food was. That is exceptional guest service. All of our ordered items.. tacos pastor and asada, quesabirra, super burrito, and the fish taco we're delicious and reasonably priced. I hope Redding Taqueria continues to serve Cottonwood!

I stopped by to check out the menu and found that the prices are sky high! $10 for a burrito is bullshit! I have found excellent burritos at other taco trucks or trailers like this one for under $6!

Super good! The owner was very friendly and accommodating of dietary restrictions. I got carnitas and carne asada tacos. I think next time I would just do carnitas because I liked them so much

Great friendly service. Nice clean food truck. We ordered a carnitas super burrito, pastor tacos and a quesabirra. I can't quite put my finger on what might have been missing but we ate all we ordered and we certainly will stop by again!
