AMAZING experience, super easy to order, great communications and really fast delivery I cannot recommend Southwood Garden Centre enough I bought the beautiful Rainbow Doormat and added to my collection of solar powered colour changing orbs for the garden. Southwood Garden Centre are an extremely helpful and professional company! Their customer service was second to none when I needed help sourcing some hard to find garden stakes online. My e-mails were answered almost instantly and their staff could not do enough to help me. They added to my order when I requested further stakes and nothing was too much trouble for them! I subsequently received some damaged items due to the courier and Southwood Garden Centre refunded me instantly which I was so grateful for. It was not their fault but such is their wonderful customer service ethos…they obviously put their customers first! I was so impressed with them and will continue to be a loyal customer and have since purchased some beautiful solar orbs for my garden. Thank-you so much Southwood Garden Centre…you may not always realise how an action like refunding for a damaged item may feel like a small token on your part but is greatly appreciated by a customer! Long established and being developed to bring a wider choice of indoor and outdoor gardening products constantly. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and the plants, shrubs and trees are in excellent well-tended condition. The Cafe and Farm Shop are good additions and both provide a wide variety of food, cooked and to cook at home. An eclectic range of interesting Home Furnishings are also on offer.

I had a wonderful experience at this place! They have a fantastic selection of high-quality, affordable garden furniture. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the fast, free delivery was a great bonus—they even offered to deliver to our caravan in Filey! A big thank you to all the staff for their assistance. I'm looking forward to purchasing more outdoor furniture soon; I've already used their very comfortable chairs!
