Starbucks - Cottage Grove

I love the friendly staff at this restaurant, especially the manager who always greets you with a smile, even when they are busy.

I had a negative experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I arrived at 8:45 a.m. on a weekday to avoid the busy neighboring Starbucks drive-thru, but Mike was very rude to me. He was not friendly and seemed disinterested, yet he was extremely friendly to the person before and after me. Despite tipping well, I was not thanked or wished a good day, which left me feeling disappointed.

The customer service at this Starbucks was the worst I have ever experienced. I will never go to another Starbucks again because of the rude and uneducated staff they hire. I much prefer Caribou, where the drinks are better and the staff are friendly and competent.

River always brings a pleasant environment with them whenever I come to order. Very patient and understanding. My drink was well made and delicious, definitely recommend this location.

Bad service, the barrista that was working has no business working in the customer service industry.
