Dutch Bros Coffee - Cottage Grove

The mornings I wake up to one of these on my bed stand make for some of the best days. Husband brings me my fav on his way home from work (graveyard shifts/his love language . Iced Americano, 3 cream, 3 splenda (that gastric bypass life don't judge! . It's a simple yet difficult drink if those shots arent pull just right (I'm not a Karen, if it's off it's off, I get TOTALLY understand having worked for Starbucks for 12yrs then Mellelos,local Italian ma and pa cafe but this location has never let me down. Everyone here is well trained and so cavity sweet. Thanks Dutch fam! PS, sweater weather Chai is chefs kiss wish I could have more than just a sip

Better than Starbucks. Better selection and better prices. All of the staff is so personable and nice.

I have visited a lot of different Dutch Bros in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. In the 10 years or so that I 've been going to Dutch bros, I encountered something at the Cottage Grove Dutch Bros that I have never encountered before at any Dutch bros: a rude employee. The girl that took my order treated me like I was annoying her and an infringement on her time. I was so taken aback by her attitude that I handed her my card before I held up my app to scan for my points and she very snottily said app always goes first . I was genuinely surprised, as Dutch Bros is usually known for its friendly employees. This is my first and last visit to the Cottage Grove location.

We get coffee here a lot (love the flavors, pup cups, and nice people) but both of our mochas were luke warm at best today. I had a chai that was the same Luke warm temp before this. My husband?s drink was fine last time. Not this time. Just maybe a nudge to check steaming temps? (I know what temp it?s supposed to hit for food safety)

Easy in and out but always busy! Great coffee especially the white coffee!
