The Habit Burger Grill - Costa Mesa

It was outside. We have a waterbug. Eating was okay. I personally think five burgers are bigger and tastier, but you get variety. The price was decent. The bathrooms were clean. A male and female bath. You have tropical tea that was good.

I picked up my order tonight. I ordered 3 burgers very different. They could make all three wrong. Not one Burger was right. My order was for picking up board, I never got the text that says the order was ready. If that was my first time, I wouldn't go back

I originally had four stars, but sat here and thought and there was nothing that kept me from the best assessment. Service was excellent I forgot to order something in a certain way and the manager (I believe) made it again without cost. My son was with me, and the staff was very gracious to allow him to bring his lunch from another restaurant in the same area so that we could eat together. My lunch was very delicious and I had no complaints. The Habit has one of the best burgers in the city. Value for money is excellent!

I had order my food online. They didn?t give me the shake I ordered because they said the milk they had was bad. I had no problem with that. They said they could give me a refund in the store and that I had to file a request online. Which is dumb but I did it anyways. I emailed them ten minutes later and after a week, still no response. On top of that, the part I did receive of my order was incorrect. So overall I had a pretty bad experience.

Burger is good (even doesn?t meet taste), good temperature, fresh vegetables. Service so good, and friendly. Place clean and also a patio to enjoy food or if you prefer eat inside (a/c). They have different choices to make an order: in person, machine or app.
