The Butchery Quality Meats - Costa Mesa

The sandwiches here are fantastic, and the service is even better. Megan assisted me throughout my entire experience and truly exceeded my expectations—definitely a 10 out of 10!

The quality of the meats they serve is exceptional, truly in the top 1 or 2% available in the USA. The reason for this is that they are supplied by Newport Meats, a Sysco Company. I recently tried one of their deli sandwiches after discovering them through the Newport Meats website. It’s fantastic to find a nearby deli that caters to discerning customers.

The food is consistently excellent, and the service is always top-notch. However, I'm giving it 3 stars because they're frequently out of potato salad. I wish they would make more potato salad and cut back on the antipasto salad!

My favorite place to get my meat. Very knowledgeable and great cuts.

Previously purchased 2 25 day old ribeye steaks and they were off the charts, then last Friday (3/24/2023) bought 2 porterhouse and 2 ribeye 25 day old steaks (2lbs ea) and hugely disappointed. No flavor like I anticipated.
