Sonic Drive-in - Costa Mesa

My experience at this restaurant has been excellent every time I've visited. My orders have always been processed quickly and accurately. The staff is both friendly and efficient. I tend to come to this location more frequently than others.

The food was good. worker was cool, and from the looks of it he was the only one working. I am giving it 4 stars, not because i had bad service, but for only have one worker. that guy needs a raise or hopfully he's getting payed well.

I do not like the fact theres not an actual person to place your order with, but I guess it's alright. I feel like it takes jobs away from people and I'm against technology taking our jobs away from the people not cool Sonic. Also the drive in experience is a epic fail! Not how a drive in restaurant should be at all! Food was on point tho!

I only love Sonic because of their ice their food is just mediocre but they do have a ton of slushies and ice cream and ice drinks to choose from not enough sugar-free in my opinion because a regular slushy is very sweet but very flavorful you can always ask for Less pumps of the flavored syrup they put in there but my go-to and the reason I go here is for their ice which is freaking amazing I'm a ice chewer and this is the only ice I will chew. Now sometimes depending on the time of day or night there could be a pretty substantial weight in the Drive-Thru but they do do amazing things like walk to your car and let you pay when your four cars back for something because it's ready and they don't want you to have to wait so that's cool other than that I go there for the ice

Typically, this restaurant is fantastic! It's a fun spot to enjoy a snack, and they often have excellent half-price deals. However, today I ordered an original pretzel dog with mustard and relish, but instead, I received a plain hot dog with no toppings at all. There was a mint included in the bag—was I supposed to use that as a topping?
