Panda Express - Costa Mesa

The dining room was closed when I visited today. So disappointing. Many employees. The line moved fast and the food was good. They only had Sweet Tea, no regular brew.

I recently ordered fired shrimp for lunch from Wok To. Unfortunately, I received only a single shrimp and some vegetables. The portions are quite small, and the service has been terrible. Always double-check your order before leaving! Based on my previous experiences, I’ve had smaller issues as well. They don’t answer phone calls to address problems, and the customer service line is down. When I did manage to get through on the business phone, the manager was “conveniently” unavailable and asked me to call back in 30 minutes, only for my call to be ignored. Overall, it’s just bad service, small portions, and very poor customer support. I would rate it 0 out of 5 stars. Definitely not worth it!

My friend recently attempted to visit Panda Express, which is advertised as closing at 10 PM. He arrived at 9:35 PM, only to be informed that they had decided to close early that day and wouldn’t be serving any customers. This was an extremely disappointing experience, reflecting very poor customer service. This incident took place at the Panda Express in Costa Mesa. I've never encountered a restaurant that randomly shuts its doors 30 minutes before the stated closing time.

The selection has been significantly limited since the pandemic, and there are no indications that it will return to its previous variety, which is unfortunate. Overall, the dining experience is still good.

I'm a normal cousin I'm just going because my sons like it. Last night, one or two people behind me Wendy was so rude that I almost told her my 3rd article choice when she rushed me to my next plate and rolled her eyes. I also asked if there was more Chow mine and with attitude she said No that it is. Then I came to the cashier I saw that new Chow was placed mine. But Theresa is always rude I have complained, but she continues talking to cousins with attitude rolling her eyes on her and is harassed when you add something to your order before you look.
