Contribuiți la feedbackIt's very interesting that most of the reviews for this Hilton location have same issue which is room not being available after reservation. I normally don't like to put any bad reviews but I really want you to know that there is a pattern here with this hotel. We reserved our room weeks before we get there and when we arrived at 5:30 pm they said we are sorry, we don't have room available for you due to a large group arrival. My wife and I and my little baby were staying there for one night for a wedding and I thought maybe Hilton would be a good option because of my past experiences and being 5 minutes away from the venue. Then they told us, we need to talk to a supervisor. After 30 minutes supervisor came and said, how can I help you? are you serious? Like he didn't know what is going on. After explaining everything to him again he said oh there was a room that just popped up. So we go to the room and the room was so hot and it looks like air-condition was not on for days. I tried to turn on the air-condition but the screen was completely off. I called the service desk and they said we are sending an engineer. Now the time is 6:30 pm we are sweating and we need to get ready to go to the wedding. Imagine how you feel when this happens to you. My family and I and my little baby had to leave to the wedding in that condition because you probably guessed it, NO ONE SHOWED UP for the whole hour being there. Now time is 7:30 pm. After coming back that night around 11:30 pm, the temperature was still the same and the air-condition was not working and I gave up. This is very disappointing that they deliberately put us in this room. We are never going to stay at a Hilton hotel again. Save your money and go somewhere else. I am very sorry for the brand name . The HILTON meant something before but I guess not anymore. By the way they had towels on the floor in the main lobby from the recent rains in SoCal. It was a chaos. I should have read the reviews first before I go with my trust and my past experiences.
I stayed here over the weekend for a conference I was attending and had a wonderful time. All food was provided by the hotel staff and it was excellent. High quality and tasty. Check in and out of my hotel room was easy as well. The room was clean, bed was extremely comfortable, and shower was nice. The coffee station went beyond my expectations as well. Coffee was provided from The Coffee Bean, and during my two night stay, housekeeping refilled it all. My only small complaint is that the hotel is clearly old and there were a few issues. One of the bathrooms in the banquet halls had a water leak with water coming from the ceiling. The other issue was that housekeeping was coming around and knocking on people's door asking if they wanted to check out before 8am. Check out isn't until 11! This made me feel uncomfortable as I was getting ready.
Beautiful hotel. They have one of those glass elevators in the lobby going up to rooms, can see the lobby restaurant area. Great customer service in lobby abs at restaurant. Nice rooms. Very clean everywhere : The only con is parking. If you're a guest already paying fir a room spending money at the restaurants, why are we penalized for driving a car that we used to get there, and needs a place to be ? ALL Hotels just take advantage of this. Treating one like hostages. Well you have no choice. Like 5 is ok but anything more is theft ! Who agrees ?
Not a 3 but not a 4. However all that being said. Lately I have been staying at white. Few Hiltons and while being disappointed with most this one was clean. Quite refreshing. Food was good. Staff was good. Location good. Shuttle service was good. Definitely an upgrade from most of the one I have been to around the country.
One of the worst stays I've ever had at a hotel ever. If you have a place to stay choose anything else, this should not have the Hilton name because it lacks the basic expectations of the Hilton name. Let's start with the positives: Location 5/5! You're super close to the Japanese supermarket, there's an amazing food court and Daiso there. Elite tip #1 you can walk to the market, take the elevators down, walk around the parking lot, and it's located at max 3 5 minute walk. If you're a fan of Japanese food you'll love it! You're also super close to a near establishment called the CAMP great places for pizza, bakeries, and boba. Again it's only a 5 7 minute drive. Elite tip #2 if you're going to eat at the CAMP please call for reservations first wait can be up to 1 or 2 hours. House keeping and guest services: 5/5 These individuals are super super friendly and approachable the rest of the staff is not, anytime I needed anything I went to talk to one of them them and got my towels and extra needs. These individuals need to teach others here how to work in customer service. Now the bad... The rooms: The smell, the cleanliness, the front desk check in, the lack of good temperature control, non working shower, and the outdated rooms.... 1/5. Bottom of the barrel. MY WORST experience ever in a hotel. When you walk down the corridor you're greeted to smells of old carpet, stagnant water, detergent, and dust. Part of the problem is I think maybe old piping see pictures of stagnant pools of water in the garage. For a Hilton or any hotel for that matter not excusable given the price of their rooms. The carpets looks like it's from the 80s/90s and full of dirt that's embedded in, most appliances and furniture don't have a usb port, our fridge had black mildew inside. #Disappointing. Elite tip #3 buy your own water or go to the fitness center to fill up. There no where else to get plain water that taste normal... so much for being eco friendly? The rooms also have poor temperature control. Yes ac units are in each room but it always ends up being too hot or too cold. Our shower also didn't work and there's pink mildew in the tub. Lastly very rude customer service at the front desk. Complaints aren't taken seriously. They're brushed aside and you're left to your own devices to find solutions. If you look at my reviews in the past you know I'm a very positive person. I give many opportunities and try to find positives but this was hard to see the good. Given my limited vacation days and limited opportunities for me to go with my family to visit a place I'm very disappointed by the Hilton and this establishment, if you have to stay near the SNA airport please look elsewhere. There will be no second chance.
