If you order a plate they give you maybe half the quantity of meat as the Tustin location for the same price. They use rubber bands to close my box at the Tustin location.

HORRIBLE service. I ordered thru DoorDash for pickup and they gave my partner a terrible time trying to pick up our food. The cashier lady kept demanding for a confirmation number, which DoorDash rep confirmed they didn 't send one out, I let her know numerous times I did not have one and she continued to be rude and unhelpful. I sent my partner with everything that I get from DoorDash whenever he goes to pick up our orders so it 'll be a easy pickup. I 've never had this issue before and the cashier absolutely refused to give us our food regardless of the info he showed. I called the store to speak with her and she said I can not just give your food out to anyone, what did you order? Once I confirmed my order she disregarded that as well repeating herself with like I said I can 't give him the food ‍ she REFUSED to give me her name stating she was the manager when I asked for help from someone else. She said I don 't have to give you that . I called a DoorDash rep and informed them of everything and they tried to contact the store but wasn 't able to get through since SHE closed her shop on the app AND turned off her business phone. DoorDash let me know that since they couldn 't get through to resolve the issue I was going to get a refund and that THEY were going to formally write a complaint on her business with higher up. As you can see I canceled that order and instead went with Ono Hawaiian instead. MUCH better service!!
