Acapulco Mexican And Cantina

I was been here last Saturday. The restaurant is nice and clean. The food is very fresh especially I loves the hand made warm chips and Taco so so much! I made an order for pick up today also. I called the restaurant yesterday night and double check if I can pick up my order today. The lady I don’t know who took the phone call, she made sure yes! But when I came here right now, the kitchen even didn’t prepare my order, and if I still wanna get the order, I have to wait 2 more hours here, which made me so sad. The manager his name is Alberto, he is really a great manager and do best customer service. He gave me another order( which is exactly the same as my order just uncooked) without charging, teaches me how to steam the food very patiently. Even more, he gives me some free snacks, and chicken nuggets to show his apology. I can’t believe what Alberto do for me today, but it’s a true story, so amazing. If you come over this restaurant, please ask for Alberto! He is the best, one hundred percent!

Haven’t been here in a few years. Came back because of an offer. Food was decent but not over the top. Kind of bland. Service wasn’t as good as in the past. We had to ask for chip and drink refills more than once. Staff was nice just over worked. We would come back with an offer of some sort but not at full price.

The food was delicious the menudo was great my daughter loaded so much she wants to come back every Sunday for brunch. Our server Pepe was awesome.

First time at the breakfast buffet. Food was plentiful and the service was great.

Enjoyed brunch here on a Sunday. Good food, Good atmosphere, great service. Felt a little empty, all this place needs is some marketing and a some livelier music
