Contribuiți la feedbackUsed the Mobile App to order and pay for my specially made drink and picked it up via drive-thru. The person who made my drink did not follow my instructions. They made it how it is usually made. The drink is $1 more than other Starbucks I have been to. They tried to charge me for someone elses order. It is very hit and miss in terms of positive and negative experiences.
The female manager needs better training.
