Wendy's - Coshocton

I ordered a large lemonade with a cup full of ice, but when I poured it out, it barely filled a juice glass. The summer strawberry salad was disappointing as well; it was not what it used to be. There was probably only one whole strawberry in the entire salad, and there was hardly any lettuce. To make matters worse, about 30% of it was large, burnt bacon pieces that I couldn’t even chew. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of money. And I had to wait nearly 20 minutes in the drive-thru after placing my order.

My experience was terrible. I went through the drive-thru after work and had to wait 15 minutes before I could place my order, even though there was only one vehicle ahead of me, and that car was at the second window.

First, my coupon from the app wouldn't work. Then, we were overcharged because they entered our order incorrectly. We waited 20 minutes for our food, during which they were busy at the front reopening our sandwiches to check what was given to us. Additionally, the ice machine was empty, and there were no lids available for the cups. To top it off, I found a hair in my chili cheese fries. Meanwhile, a lady stood at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged her. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
